FUNGSI KOORDINASI DAN EFEKTIVITAS PELAKSANAAN TUGAS PADA BADAN KEPEGAWAIAN DAERAH KABUPATEN FAKFAK

Abstrak

Abstract: Every organization has a goal, especially in the responsibility as a agency which regulates the employment related inter-agency coordination function becomes a very important thing to do. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the extent of the implementation of the coordination function to support the effectiveness of the implementation of the tasks of employees at the Regional Employment Board Fakfak. The analysis tool is Statitik Descriptive analysis. The results show that the performance of the functions of coordination holds a very important role in improving the effectiveness of the implementation of the Regional Employment Board employee tasks Fakfak.
