IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PELAYANAN SURAT IZIN MENGEMUDI BARU PADA KANTOR SATUAN LALULINTAS POLRES FAKFAK

Abstrak

Abstract; This study aims to determine the implementation of the driving permit service policy at the Fakfak Police Traffic Unit Office. The results showed that first, in the service of a Driving License the officer conveys information directly and indirectly about the requirements for making a SIM, namely a photocopy of ID card, health certificate and red map. Second, officers who serve the making of a SIM are limited to only 4 people and are divided into the registration, identification, theory and practical tests, and the SIM issuance section. When there are officers who are not present, the officers who are present concurrently the duties of the absent officer. Third, the Fakfak Police Traffic Unit does not yet have field facilities for conducting practical tests. Fourth, in providing services to the public, officers follow the operational service standards regarding driver's licenses. For SIM applicants who cannot complete / meet the requirements given a policy to repeat 7 days later and if 3 times fail then do a new
registration, for applicants who live far away are given the policy to take the theory test only and practice not or vice versa, the policy is not written. Fifth, in serving the community officers work together with one another to provide good service to the community.
