PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA PADA DINAS PERTANIAN DAN KETAHANAN PANGAN KABUPATEN FAKFAK

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline on the work productivity of the state civil servants. The results of the analysis show that: there is an influence between Variable X, namely the Discipline of the state civil servants on the Y Variable, namely the Productivity of the state civil servants. This can be seen from the calculation of the determinant coefficient (KD) whose value is 5.57%, while the remaining 94.43% is influenced by other variables outside the Discipline of the state civil servant. That the Discipline of the state civil servants (ASN) has an influence on the Productivity of the state civil servants, because the state civil servants in completing work in accordance with the expected results and the specified time is still influenced by the discipline of time, implementing apples, and job responsibilities.
